Often, some expert advice and inspiration are all that is required and our consultancy service is both knowledgeable and friendly. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a consultation. We can provide first-time gardeners with the all help they need to get going or create to-do lists for those wanting to renovate overgrown sites. We can also draw up tailor-made planting lists and maintenance regimes.

Design
From the delightfully simple to the stunningly spectacular, we can translate your aspirations into beautiful designs that will bring a lifetime of pleasure. Our extensive knowledge of garden plants, from the latest hybrids to cottage garden favourites, combined with an eye for detail in layout and materials, ensures that we can achieve exactly the effect you desire. We will conduct a full site evaluation including soil testing and plant health checks before producing detailed drawings from which your garden can be created. You may then carry out the work yourself or if you prefer, we can arrange the building and planting of the garden for you. All our construction is completed to the highest specification by Paul Cottam Landscapes, a company with many years experience in the hard landscaping business. We also realise that gardens evolve over time so our interest in your garden doesn’t end when the planting is complete. Included in our design fee are three aftercare visits which allow us to assess your garden’s development through all seasons of the following year.

Garden Restoration
If your garden has become overgrown we are often able to return it to a manageable condition at a very reasonable cost. You may perhaps want just a small part redesigned or simply need an all-round tidy up. We are also able to source unusual plant varieties from a number of specialist nurseries throughout the UK.
